The Persian New Year is celebrated by the Society each
year and the new officers are installed as part of the
festivities.
Scholarship Program
The Society has plans to award an educational scholarship
each year. Please contact us if you would like an
application.
Engineer of the Year
The Society honors one Civil Engineer each year as the
Outstanding Engineer. The honorees have been Mr. Massoud
Vatankhahi (1998), George Boghossian (2000), and Nahid
Baghbanian (2001).
Annual Picnic
IASCE holds a summertime picnic for members and
associates in August of each year.
